  Réponse de BERG

Dear Olegs, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the box was damaged during delivery, especially as this makes it less suitable to give as a present. Unfortunately, damage can sometimes occur during transport. We have taken note of your feedback and will continue working with our shipping partners to improve the delivery experience. If the product itself has also been damaged, please contact our customer service team so we can look into this and see how we can help. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Kind regards, BERG

  Gorgeous little bike

Lovely quality The little satchel is so cute A bit heavier than some balance bikes we have had but I don’t think that’s necessarily a bad thing!
