I recently bought a go kart cover and when I fitted it I noticed some of the stitching was not that good I reported the fault and sent some pictures Within a day I received a response from the company explaining that they would replace the cover immediately which I was very impressed and pleased with . Berg seem to be a very good customer conscious company who I would definitely use again and would not hesitate to recommend to friends Regards Graham
