The delivery time of your order depends on the weight of the items and the destination country. We distinguish between package shipments and pallet shipments.

Package (items up to 30 kg)

• These orders are delivered within 3 - 4 working days.
• After shipment, you will receive an email with a track & trace code to follow your delivery.

Pallet (items over 30 kg)

• Delivery takes place within 4 - 7 working days.
• Orders over 30 kg are delivered on a pallet. The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date.
  

If you ordered a pre‑order item, your order will be shipped once the item is in stock. If your order contains multiple items, the full order will be shipped once all items are available.
