Der Aufbau des Produktes stellt mehr als eine große Herausforderung dar. Ohne zusätzliches Werkzeug und fundierte Metallbaukenntnisse gelingt es kaum, da die Rohre nicht zusammenpassen. Die Passung ist nicht maßhaltig und Rohre lassen sich nicht ineinander stecken. Derzeit gibt es noch zwei Beanstandungen Schrauben für die Kletterwand und einer Halterung für die Schaukel.

Unsere Produkte sind bewusst sehr straff und passgenau konstruiert. Das kann bei der Montage etwas zusätzliche Kraft und Geduld erfordern, verhindert aber langfristig Spiel. So bleibt das Produkt robust, sicher und langlebig. Bei den offenen Punkten zu den Schrauben der Kletterwand und der Halterung für die Schaukel hilft dir unser Kundenservice gerne weiter. Der Aufbau gestaltet sich schwer bis teilweise unmöglich. Ohne zusätzliches Werkzeug ist es gar nicht zu schaffen, da die Rohre des Hauptrahmens einfach nicht zusammenpassen. Für ein Produkt in dieser Preiskategorie war die Erwartungshaltung anders.

Der Ferrari unter den Spielgeräten. Aufbau ging super, aber ich empfehle mindestens 2 Helfer. Support war auch sehr hilfreich als ein Teil beim Aufbau wohl verloren ging, gab es kommentarlos ein Ersatz. So wünsche ich mir das bei einer Premiummarke. Kaufe gern wieder hier ein!

Wir, mehr die Kinder, sind super glücklich mit der Playbase! Der Aufbau ist sehr einfach, logisch und schnell zu bewerkstelligen. Ich habe weitestgehend alles alleine gemacht, bis zum zusammenführen der beiden Seitenteile mit dem Oberteil.
