8 frequently asked questions
All orders over £43 are free of any deliver fees, regardless of size or number of packages. If your order is under £43, it will incur £6.99 in delivery costs. Additionally, you do not have to worry about customs or import fees. We at BERG cover these costs.
Next to this, there are some areas excluded from deliveries. These are:

You can expect your order within 3-5 working days on average. We will dispatch your order with DPD or Dachser. Once your order has been dispatched, you will immediately receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a parcel code to track your order. For shipments over 30 kg, the carrier will contact you to agree on a delivery time.
If you have ordered a pre-order product, your order will be dispatched as soon as the product is in stock. If you have ordered multiple items, the entire order will be shipped when all items are in stock.
Parcels weighing 0 - 30 kg: DPD
If the total parcel weighs less than 30 kg, delivery will be arranged by DPD. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can collect your order from a DPD package point.
Parcels weighing 30 kg or more: Dachser
If the parcel weighs more than 30 kilograms, Dachser will handle the delivery. As soon as your order is sent, you will receive an e-mail containing a Track & Trace code. Using this code, you can follow your parcel until you receive it. The transport company will contact you by e-mail to set a delivery date and time. For orders from £43 there are no shipping costs regardless of weight, unless there are additional fees for your location.

We are committed to have your gokart, trampoline or other BERG item delivered to your home within 3-5 working days. However, due to circumstances with the shipping company for example, it could take somewhat longer. Do you feel it is taking longer than initially estimated? Please contact us and we will assist you!
Unfortunately, the shipping company's schedule may run into delays and your order may be delivered at a later time. If we know the shipment won't be delivered, we will notify you by email and/or text as soon as possible.
Partial delivery of your order at different times may occur. This happens when you order a large and small item simultaneously, for example. Or occasionally errors or glitches occur. In that case, we will do our best to notify you by email and/or text.
