8 frequently asked questions
Orders over £43 are delivered free of charge. Orders under £43 incur a delivery fee of £6.99.
For some postcodes, a surcharge of £26.49 applies, regardless of the order value. The affected postcodes are listed below and will also be shown during checkout: PO30–41, HS1–9, Scottish Highlands: IV1–28, IV36, IV40–56, IV63, KA27–28, KW1–17, PA20–38, PA41–48, PA50–78, PH19–26, PH31–44.
In addition, delivery is not available to the following areas: Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Sark, Ascension Island and Diego Garcia.
You also don’t need to worry about customs or import charges — BERG covers these costs for you.
The delivery time of your order depends on the weight of the items and the destination country. We distinguish between package shipments and pallet shipments.
Package (items up to 30 kg)
- These orders are delivered within 2 - 4 working days.
- After shipment, you will receive an email with a track & trace code to follow your delivery.
Pallet (items over 30 kg)
- Delivery takes place within 3 - 7 working days.
- Orders over 30 kg are delivered on a pallet. The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date.
The above-mentioned delivery times are indicative. In exceptional cases, delays may occur, for example due to a high workload at the carrier. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we have no control over the delivery process and BERG is not liable for delays during transport.
If you ordered a pre‑order item, your order will be shipped once the item is in stock. If your order contains multiple items, the full order will be shipped once all items are available.
The UK is not part of the European Union. As a result, customs clearance may take longer. This can affect the estimated delivery time, and unfortunately we have no influence over this process.
Parcels weighing 0 - 30 kg: DPD
If the total parcel weighs less than 30 kg, delivery will be arranged by DPD. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can collect your order from a DPD package point.
Parcels weighing 30 kg or more: Dachser
If the parcel weighs more than 30 kilograms, Dachser will handle the delivery. As soon as your order is sent, you will receive an e-mail containing a Track & Trace code. Using this code, you can follow your parcel until you receive it. The transport company will contact you by e-mail to set a delivery date and time. For orders from £43 there are no shipping costs regardless of weight, unless there are additional fees for your location.

We are committed to have your gokart, trampoline or other BERG item delivered to your home within 3-5 working days. However, due to circumstances with the shipping company for example, it could take somewhat longer. Do you feel it is taking longer than initially estimated? Please contact us and we will assist you!
Unfortunately, the shipping company's schedule may run into delays and your order may be delivered at a later time. If we know the shipment won't be delivered, we will notify you by email and/or text as soon as possible.
Partial delivery of your order at different times may occur. This happens when you order a large and small item simultaneously, for example. Or occasionally errors or glitches occur. In that case, we will do our best to notify you by email and/or text.
