The bike came fast and was very easy to assemble, but unfortunately had a small malfunction. I contacted berg pr. mail and got an answer the next day, stating that they had already sent a new bike and return papers for the old bike + plus given me a free kickstand. In 2026 this is - in my opinion - an extraordinary and professionel customer service. The new bike worked perfectly. All-in-all highly recommended!

Købte en cykel til min datter. Virkelig godt design, men der var en mindre fejl ved styret. Skrev til dem om hjælp til at fikse det og de sendte en ny cykel med det samme og gjorde returneringen så gnidningsfri som overhovedet muligt. Helt ekstraordinær kundeservice :)

La bebe esta muy contenta y le va muy bien el poder montarla con la llave que lleva es genial pero lo unico los tapones podrian poner para las valvulas de las ruedas los crios le ponen el dedo y le desinchan las rueda
