Why would company sell a product without adequate assembly instructions. There is no video on You tube or on the Berg website of how to assemble it. The visual instructions are poor and difficult to see for an elderly person (one of the target customers) and there are no verbal instructions to support the diagrams. Not sure how many hours it will take me assemble it. A huge disappointment and very stressful.
