Did you change your mind about your purchase? You may simply return your order within 14 days of receipt.
At BERG, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, you can do so within the 14-day return period and under the following conditions. If the product does not meet these requirements, BERG may apply a reduction in value:
- The item is undamaged
There must be no visible signs of use, scratches, or other damage. - The item is unused
You may only unpack the product to the extent necessary to assess it. Once a product shows clear signs of use, we are unfortunately unable to accept it for return. - The item is not assembled
Products that have already been assembled or put together cannot be returned. - The item is in its original packaging
The complete and undamaged original box and packaging are required. Please keep the packaging until you are sure you want to keep the product. - Complete set
All parts, accessories, manuals, and any additional items must be included in the return.
Please contact a BERG dealer, they will be able to tell you how to return the product to them.
Step 1: Fill out this contact form to indicate that you wish to return your product.
Step 2: You will then receive an RMA (return registration number) from the BERG customer service.
Step 3: If at all possible, send your product in its original packaging, together with the return form to the return address. You’ll receive the return address after you’ve contacted us. The shipping costs are to be borne by you.
Step 4: As soon as we have received the product, you will hear from us as soon as possible. The purchase amount will be reimbursed to you, including possible shipping fees, as soon as possible. This will be done within 14 days after cancellation, therefore not after receipt of the product by BERG. We will ensure that the entire purchase amount is reimbursed to you as soon as possible (by the latest 14 days after cancellation), including calculated shipping fees.
If you purchased the product via the BERG online store and you wish to return it to BERG, then the fees will be borne by you The fees will depend on the weight.
Items cannot be exchanged. However, you may return the item and order a different item. Hence, you may return the item and order a new item. Terms and conditions for returns apply.
No, returns are not free at BERG. If you have purchased a product via the BERG webshop, you can return it with a carrier of your choice, but the shipping costs are at your own expense. Please note that the shipping costs for heavy products (over 30 kg) can be significantly higher.
If you return an item not under the terms or RMA (return merchandise authorization), then the payment obligation lapses. Moreover, in this case BERG may decide to refuse processing future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our service team. They will do their best to help you.
