The in ground trampolines have the advantage that they are nicely concealed in your garden. The main difference between a InGround and Flatground trampoline is that a FlatGround trampoline is completely buried into the ground (at ground level). A InGround trampoline is also buried into the ground, but the frame sticks out so you have a low instep. But you can also go for a trampoline on legs (BERG Regular trampolines).
