Das Produkt ist von der Grundqualität sehr gut und wertig. Allerdings ist die Aufbauanleitung mangelhaft. Ich habe das Medium-Gerät gekauft und aufgebaut. Die Aufbauanleitung unterscheidet nicht überseichtlich zwischen den unterschiedlichen Größen. Weiter hat mich verwundert, dass die Bohrlöcher in den schweren Röhren nicht passgenau waren, so dass man wirklich kämpfen musste, nicht mit einem Bohrer Erweiterungen zu bohren. Wenn das verbessert würde, wäre das Gerät top.

Es freut uns zu hören, dass du mit der Qualität und Stabilität des Produkts zufrieden bist. Gleichzeitig tut es uns leid, dass der Aufbau nicht so reibungslos verlaufen ist. Deinen Hinweis zur Aufbauanleitung und zur Unterscheidung zwischen den verschiedenen Größen nehmen wir gerne mit. Eine klare und verständliche Montageanleitung ist natürlich wichtig. Die Verbindung der großen Rohre ist bewusst sehr passgenau ausgeführt. Durch diese spezielle Rohrverbindung wird möglichst viel Spiel aus dem Rahmen genommen, wodurch der gesamte Rahmen besonders stabil wird. Auch die Bohrungen sind dabei nicht immer zu 100 % mittig ausgerichtet. Mit der konischen Schraube werden die Rohre beim Festziehen zusammengezogen und das letzte Spiel aus der Verbindung entfernt. Normalerweise sollte es daher nicht notwendig sein, die Bohrungen selbst zu vergrößern. We raden ook af om zelf in de onderdelen te boren of aanpassingen te maken. Volg hiervoor altijd de officiële montagehandleiding en veiligheidsinstructies van BERG. Schade dat de montage in jouw geval zoveel moeite kostte, maar fijn dat het uiteindelijk gelukt is.
