A BERG go-kart undergoes extensive testing before it is released to the market. Internally, we test whether the go-kart is safe to use, ergonomically sound, and meets BERG’s high-quality standards. After that, the go-kart is also thoroughly tested by an external testing agency. This ensures that the go-kart meets all European safety requirements, allowing us to confidently apply the mandatory CE marking. In addition, our smallest go-karts are also TUV GS certified.

All BERG go-karts are made with sustainable and environmentally friendly materials. We know exactly where each part comes from, which materials have been used, and that these materials are non-toxic and non-polluting. This ensures that the product is not harmful to your child and that we do not introduce toxic materials into the environment.

Need to replace a go-kart component? For every component apart from frames, we offer spare parts. When a tire goes flat, the chain snaps or some other part breaks, it can all be fixed through a spare part. This also applies to parts that are damaged or lost. This naturally ensures that a BERG go-kart can be used for an enormously long time, which makes BERG go-karts very durable.

Electric go-karts use pedal assistance, allowing you to easily accelerate and drive fast, with speeds up to 16 km/h. This option is exclusively available on our XXL go-karts and operates via an intelligent system that manages the electric drive. The sturdy frame adds to the safety.

You can choose from four modes: ECO, TOUR, SPORT, and TURBO. The ECO mode provides gentle assistance for longer battery life, while the sportier modes offer more speed and challenge but drain the battery faster. Whether you want to drive slow or fast, the choice is yours!

• Equipped with an LCD display including speedometer, distance meter, and battery capacity.
• Ability to charge your phone via the USB port under the display so you are always reachable.

The BFR (Brake Freewheel Reverse) system features a unique and patented mechanism between the chain and the rear axle, specifically developed for our BERG go-karts. This system allows the user to pedal, keep the pedals still while driving, use a back-pedal brake, and after braking, pedal backwards. This unique combination of features is only found on BERG go-karts and is ideal for quickly switching between forward and backward pedaling and braking.

You can choose from four different BFR drive systems:

• BFR: Standard without gears (XL/XXL frame*)
• BFR 3: BFR + 3 gears (XL frame)
• E-BFR: BFR + electric drive (XXL frame*)
• E-BFR-3: BFR + electric drive + 3 gears (XXL frame*)

*The XXL frame offers eight seating positions instead of six on the XL frame and is therefore suitable for individuals up to 210 cm in height.
